WILL BE CONDUCTED 25NM FROM ANY POINT ALONG THE LINE FROM
611200N/1495400W OR THE ANC046009.4 TO 612512N/1464800W OR THE
JOH327056.8 TO 563928N/1440900W OR THE MDO135180.4 TO
515540N/1414148W OR THE BKA191366.2 TO 470957N/1394413W OR THE
YZP198475.9 TO 420000N/1374800W OR THE CEC257607.1 TO

ANC046009.4, FROM 500 FEET AGL TO 39000 FEET MSL. THE LASER BEAM
MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS/AIRCREWS AND PASSENGERS EYES FOR A
DISTANCE OF 14,400 FEET BELOW AND 28,900 FEET ABOVE THE AIRCRAFT.
THIS AREA WILL BE MONITORED BY OBSERVERS AND THE LASER BEAM WILL BE
TERMINATED IF NON-PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT ARE DETECTED THAT MAY
ENTER THE AFFECTED AREA. OTHER VISUAL EFFECTS (E.G. FLASHBLINDNESS,
AFTER IMAGE, GLARE, AND DISTRACTION) MAY OCCUR AT GREATER
DISTANCES. THE DOMESTIC EVENTS NETWORK (DEN) AT (202) 493-5107, IS
THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
