PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR ORDINANCE DISPOSAL ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF CH2MHILL ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TWO AREAS:WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 180825N/0651815W OR THE ST CROIX /COY/ VOR/DME 315 DEGREE RADIAL AT 42.1 NAUTICAL MILESWITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 180751N/0651735W OR THE ST CROIX /COY/ VOR/DME 315 DEGREE RADIAL AT 41.3 NAUTICAL MILES CH2MHILL TELEPHONE 757-671-8311 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY.
