FDC 6/0861 ZLA CA.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS OCEANSIDE, CA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 331300N/1172100W OR THE OCEANSIDE /OCN/ VORTAC 100 DEGREE RADIAL AT 3.6 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT SUPPORT. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TRACON FAA TELEPHONE 858-537-5900/ IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TRACON FAA IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.

No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM (except as described).
