AeroSports Update: Meet the Superstars Of Aerobatic Performers

The Concorde Battery Corporation Hosts A Daily ‘Meet And Greet’ Session With Airshow Performers At Their AirVenture Booth

One of the great adventures of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is to watch the outstanding performers strut their stuff in the afternoon air shows. To the casual observer they seem to be performing maneuvers that are beyond the capabilities of a sane human.

It may seem a stretch to call airshow performers part of sport aviation, but in some respect they fit right in. Sort of like ultralight pilots, they do their best flying while never leaving the vicinity of the airport.

Concorde Battery Corporation is pleased to host Aerobatic Superstars throughout this year’s EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. You are invited to join the folks at AirVenture Booth 2053 for daily “Meet and Greet” opportunities with Aerobatics’ biggest names and have a personalized poster signed. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to find these aerial experts actually have human characteristics and are, in fact, moderately sane.

One on a serious note, these meet and greet sessions will allow visitors to explore the value of receiving some training in aerobatic flight or unusual flight maneuvers. You don’t have to be an airshow expert to benefit from advanced training in controlling an aircraft. This get together gives you a chance to look beyond the airshow glitz and learn how these fantastic pilots found their way to the airshow business.

Meet and Greet Schedule:

Monday, July 28, meet Patty Wagstaff at 2:00-2:30 PM
Tuesday, July 29, meet, The AeroShell Team at 10:15-10:45 AM
Wednesday, July 30, meet, Kyle Franklin at 10:15-10:45 AM
Thursday, July 31, meet Julie Clark  at 10:00-11:00 AM
Thursday, July 31, meet Mike Goulian at 2:00-1:00 PM
Friday, August 1, meet Gene Soucy & Teresa Stokes at 2:00-2:45 PM
Saturday, August 2, Meet Skip Stewart at 10:00-10:45 AM
