PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR BUILDING COLLAPSE/RESCUE ACTIVITIES ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF JACKSONVILLE POLICE LT MORGAN ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 1500 FEET MSL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 301940N/0813853W OR THE CRAIG /CRG/ VORTAC 268 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.2 NAUTICAL MILES JACKSONVILLE POLICE LT MORGAN TELEPHONE 904-642-0422 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. JACKSONVILLE ATCT/JAX/ 904-741-0767 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
