PURSUANT TO 14 CFRSECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR HYDROGEN TANKER ACCIDENT. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF CONNECTICUT STATE POLICE, SGT SEMOSKY, ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 6000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 413119N/0730539W OR THE HARTFORD /HFD/ VOR/DME 267 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.6 NAUTICAL MILES. CONNECTICUT STATE POLICE, SGT SEMOSKY,TELEPHONE 203-240-9300 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. NEW YORK TRACON 516-683-2984 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
