Brazil Gets Its First Pilatus PC-12

Expects Two More Deliveries By End Of '05

Earlier this week, Pilatus announced its first PC-12 delivery to Brazil by OceanAir Táxi Aéreo, its exclusive dealer for that country that was appointed in March of 2005.

"The high level of interest in the PC-12 shown by Brazilian customers confirms our belief that there is huge potential for the aircraft in this region," said José Eduardo Brandão, General Director of OceanAir Táxi Aéreo.

The milestone aircraft was delivered in the fourth quarter to Bertin Ltda. It will be based in São Paulo and be used for executive transport -- facilitating the needs of Grupo Bertin’s cattle business in Brazil.

"The PC-12 is ideally suited for Brazil," said Thomas Bosshard, President and CEO of Pilatus Business Aircraft, Ltd. "Its combination of high speed, long range, executive-class cabin, superior economics, and short-field performance is unmatched by any other aircraft."

After establishing itself as the top selling turbine-powered business aircraft in both 2003 and 2004, the PC-12 is expected to see even higher production levels in 2005 and 2006. In addition to the sales success of the PC-12, Pilatus Customer Support has been ranked number one by an independent survey for the past four years in a row.

OceanAir and Pilatus Aircraft are set to deliver two more PC-12s into Brazil before the end of the year.
