Airborne 11.13.19: Mooney Woes, Naval Museum Eviction, 737MAX Update

Also: Bombardier’s Safety Standdown, EAA Honors Five, Rutan Joins xCraft, FlightSafety Intro's 'FlightSmart'

The Mooney factory in Kerrville, TX is currently closed, and all of its employees have been furloughed. A call to Mooney resulted in a recorded message saying that the employees had been furloughed. A post on the Mooneyspace.com indicated that the employees had been furloughed for a week and told to return to work a week from Monday. No other details were made available. There is no indication of the furlough on the company website. The company cut production and laid off some 60 employees
