Criminal Investigation Into Shoreham Accident Pilot Nearly Complete

Andrew Hill Is Being Investigated For Possible Manslaughter Charges

Police say that a criminal investigation of Andrew Hill, who was flying a vintage Hawker Hunter jet that went down at the Shoreham Air Show in 2015, is about 95 percent complete. Eleven people on the ground were fatally injured when the plane went down, but Hill somehow survived. Now, he faces charges of manslaughter by gross negligence.

Class E Generally, if the airspace is not Class A, Class B, Class C, or Class D, and it is controlled airspace, it is Class E airspace.
