It's official. AgustaWestland announced Friday that it has
been awarded Russian civil certification for its AW139 medium twin
helicopter and that MAK has now issued the Russian AW139 Type
Certificate Data Sheet.

be passed to help in our recovery. We look forward to swift passage
of this bill in the House and to the president's signature on this

"Overwhelming" Vote By UAL Stockholders Sets The Table For Deal
To Close October 1st
United Airlines announced Friday that its stockholders approved
the merger of a wholly owned subsidiary of UAL with and into
Continental Airlines, clearing the way for the merger to close by
an expected date of October 1st.

County Wants More Time To Review Incentives Package
EXTRA Aircraft is planning to build its first North American
manufacturing facility in Montrose, CO. However, the German-based
