Organizations Want Help In Developing Online Sport Pilot Flight

Demand for sport pilot flight instruction is building and
EAA/NAFI need help in getting potential students together with
willing instructors. "The number one question right now on the EAA
Sport Pilot Hotline is where can I get instruction?" said Charlie
Becker, director of EAA Aviation Services. EAA and the National
Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI) are responding by
establishing a database of instructors willing to teach sport pilot
students.
Volunteers are the heart of Oshkosh. Without the 4,500 or so
selfless people who give their time to this air show, there
wouldn't even BE an air show. Volunteers comprise about 95 percent
of the air show staff.
MXR Technologies has announced that its MX2 achieved a first
place finish at the first ever aerobatic hover off competition at
the 2005 51st Sebring Aerobatic Competition. The firm also revealed
that it is the first ever aerobatic company to sign a full factory
competition pilot.
