Long-Time Rec Pilot Becomes Orgnaization's First Formal Leader

Following a nationwide search, the Board of Directors of the Recreational Aviation Foundation (RAF) have announced Carl Hicks, 58 of Gig Harbor Washington, as their first Executive Director.
