Search and rescue (SAR) swimmers from the "Golden Falcons" of
Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 2 completed SAR jumps Feb.
8, during their annual required training in the San Diego Bay.
The Department of Defense POW/Missing Personnel Office (DPMO)
has announced that the remains of four U.S. servicemen, missing in
action since the Vietnam War, have been identified. They will be
returned to their families for burial with full military
honors.
A high-flying prototype “Airman” is heading home
after being deployed more than four years and flying 4,245 hours
supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and
the Combined Task Force-Horn of Africa.
