UAV Has Demonstrated The Ability To Deliver At Least 2,500
Pounds Of Cargo
In response to the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command's
(NAVAIR)Request for Proposal (RFP) for Cargo Unmanned Air Systems
(UAS) Services, Boeing is preparing to offer an aircraft based on
the A160T Hummingbird unmanned rotorcraft.
U.S. Air National Guard F-16 Fighting Falcons will be equipped
with BAE Systems "identification-friend-or-foe" (IFF) systems under
a four-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with
the first delivery order valued at $17.2 million.

the B-26 between 1948–1965, was a multi-engine light attack
bomber built by Douglas Aircraft. The bird saw principle use during
World War II but also saw service for decades afterwards...
including the ignominious Bay of Pigs invasion. Highly modified
aircraft continued to serve the US through 1969.
