Parvus DuraVIS 4300 and 3006 Chosen For Next-Generation U.S. Navy Aircraft

Parvus Corporation said Tuesday it has been awarded a contract with Boeing to supply the Flight Test Display (FTD) and the Instrumentation Crew station Control Panel (ICCP) for the P-8A Poseidon aircraft. The P-8A will begin flight test this Fall and initial operational capability is slated for 2013.

F-22 Raptors Capped At 187, Includes F136 Engine

In a move that may produce a showdown with the White House, House and Senate conferees have reached agreement on a $680.2 billion National Defense Authorization Bill for fiscal 2010 that includes funding for the F136 alternate engine. President Obana has threatened to veto the bill if that program is not scrapped.
