has learned the Malaysian owners of Columbia Aircraft Company has
rejected a buyout offer from a team of potential
purchasers, led by Aerospace Entrepreneur Granger Whitelaw (best
known as the CEO of the Rocket Racing League), to
acquire the entire Columbia company and associated assets.
Pilot Transported To Hospital, No Injures On Ground
The pilot of a Beech 18 was hospitalized in critical condition
following a hairy emergency landing Friday alongside Interstate 95
in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
