Calling the FAA's move "completely unacceptable," a bipartisan group of 28 U.S. senators delivered a letter Thursday to FAA Administrator Michael Huerta, strongly urging the agency to reconsider its unilateral decision to assess fees for air traffic and other services at general aviation events, including EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.

Only Aircraft In History To Remain In Continuous Production For 66 Years

Beechcraft Corporation held a special ceremony June 3 to deliver the 4,000th Model 36 Beechcraft Bonanza: a G36 owned by Segall Group of Baltimore, MD. The Bonanza is the longest continuously produced aircraft in history and more than 18,000 Model 35, 33 and 36 units have been delivered since 1947.
