At a news conference Monday at the Paris Air Show, Bell Helicopter
announced that it is nearing final FAA certification for the new
Bell 210 light utility helicopter - which will mark a major
milestone for the program and bring the aircraft one step closer to
delivery.
The country's longest running women's air race takes off on June
21st to 24th from the Purdue University Airport in West Lafayette,
Indiana. The 2005 Air Race Classic will start and finish at KLAF,
with the winners being announced on June 26th.
Symphony Aircraft Industries (SAI) announced last week that
Stephane Paradis has joined the company as Vice President of
Operations. Paradis will have overall responsibility for the
company's operational activities, including procurement, production
planning and control, production, quality assurance and aircraft
certification.
