For all the hysteria and critical attention given to GA security
issues over the last few years, little of it seems to have made an
impression on Tennessee courts. A 16 year old man, Nathan Frost,
arrested for a theft last February in which he stole an aircraft
and flew it from Shelbyville, TN, to Eagleville, escaped a prison
term and was instead given probation.
Seawind tells ANN that they have added nine additional Seawind
300C aircraft to their order books. These latest contracts bring
the total sales of the soon-to-be-certified Seawind 300C to 75 with
deliveries expected to begin this fall.
