Wheels May Have Been Extended During Water Landing
The NTSB has issued a preliminary report in a March 18th
accident in which an amphibious Maule flipped over during a water
landing, killing 41-year-old Kristin Kolby, the passenger on board
the airplane.
The NTSB has issued a Probable Cause report for an accident
that occurred during an "Angel Flight." Pilot Joseph Baker was
transporting a cancer patient and his wife from Connecticut to
Boston in August, 2008, when the airplane went down in a
supermarket parking lot, killing all three.

Airports Council International - North America (ACI-NA), said
Wednesday that the House's passage of HR 4849, the Small Business
and Infrastructure Jobs Tax Act of 2010, will be beneficial to
airports around the country.
3000 Pounds Of Supplies Donated By Montgomery Rescue
Mission
In a partnership with Alabama Governor Bob Riley's office, EADS
North America has sent an Airbus Military C-212 tactical transport
aircraft to Haiti with nearly 3,000 pounds of relief supplies
aboard. The cargo of food and clothing was provided by Montgomery
Rescue Mission.
