The North Texas Business Aviation Association (NTBAA) awarded their first 2013 Scholarship to a student and Army Veteran from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University of Ft. Worth, Texas last month. Dago D. Toruga was awarded $2500 toward his studies at the University.
