Dynon Announces Skyview Version 5.1

Featuring User Configurable Data Logging

Dynon Avionics has added internal data logging to the SkyView Integrated Glass Panel system for in its latest release. This oft-requested feature enables SkyView to record and store up to 150 hours of flight and engine data for later retrieval and analysis. Data logging is included in SkyView firmware Version 5.1, a free upgrade for all existing SkyView owners.

In a letter to FAA Administrator Michael Huerta, North Dakota Senators John Hoeven (R) and Heidi Heitkamp (D), and Congressman Kevin Cramer (R) asked the agency to support vital airport expansion projects in Minot, Williston and Dickinson. The trio said all of these cities are experiencing rapid population growth and record boardings as a consequence of expanding energy development.

Indicates Over $71 Billion Needed For Essential Infrastructure Projects

America’s airports need to complete $71.3 billion worth of essential infrastructure projects between now and 2017, including major runway and terminal expansions that are required to keep pace with passenger growth forecasts, according to a new report issued today by Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA).
