Acufuel Uploads Individualized Price Data to Multiple Fuel
Programs
Flight planning resource company AC-U-KWIK has rolled out a new
"single point of entry" feature of acufuel.com. This new feature
allows airport FBO managers who may currently upload fuel prices to
dozens of fuel programs and websites to organizing this information
in one central spot.
Though Quiet For Now, The FlightPrep Mess Continues On
RunwayFinder's Dave Parsons has updated the latest in the
soon-to-be-long-winding saga of FlightPrep v The World Of
Aviation. In a note sent to ANN, Sunday, and published on the
now dormant RunwayFinder.com site, Parsons notes that, "The
RunwayFinder attorneys filed a motion two weeks ago in the Oregon
district court to dismiss FlightPrep’s lawsuit based on a
lack of personal jurisdiction. My understanding of the motion is
that FlightPrep filed their lawsuit with the wrong court..

60-Day Comment Period for the ANPRM Concludes On February 22,
2011
For several decades, ANN and its predecessor publications
have advocated the need for an Airman's Bill of Rights to deal
with the often Draconian hardships imposed on aviators who run
afoul of the FAA and its system of 'justice.' While the ANPRM did
not go nearly far enough, it was a solid step in the right
direction... if only to raise the dialogue over the rights of
airmen in dealing with the FAA.
Legislative Support For A Pressing Problem May Be At Hand
House Transportation Committee leaders have finally introduced
long overdue long term legislation to reform and fund FAA policies
and priorities. Transportation and Infrastructure Committee
Chairman John L. Mica (R-FL), Aviation Subcommittee Chairman Tom
Petri (R-WI) and other members introduce the FAA Reauthorization
and Reform Act of 2011 (HR 658).
