A 4th judicial circuit judge in Nassau County, Florida has accepted the determination of a mediator that the Fernandina Beach, Florida city government owes McGill Aviation, an FBO at Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (KFHB), nearly $411,000, and the FBO must be allowed to continue operations at the airport.

Witnesses Said Plane Came Apart

Five people were reportedly killed Monday when a Cessna 337 Skymaster went down at Monmouth Executive Airport (KBLM) in New Jersey. A helicopter pilot who witnessed the accident said the airplane did a high-speed low pass of the runway, then rolled and impacted the ground.
