A TBM 700 has apparently gone down in the median on an
Interstate highway in New Jersey, and as many as five people are
thought to have been on board. Witnesses report seeing the airplane
'spiraling out of control' before impacting the ground.

A measure to fund TSA to the tune of $7.8 billion next year is
making its way through Congress. The U.S. House passed the measure
Friday, and it is pending in the U.S. Senate.

has been sentenced to over seven years in prison for his two-year
crime spree which ended after he ditched a stolen Cessna Corvalis

Leading To The Crash
One of the largest verdicts resulting from an airplane accident
was handed down on December 14 by a Philadelphia jury. Dr. Robert
Marisco Jr. and his fiancee Heather Moran, both of Akron, Ohio,
were awarded $11.35 million in compensatory damages in an action
against Winner Aviation Corporation, a repair facility based at
Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Ohio.
