Aircraft Will Support FAA's Flight Standards And Other
Programs
A fleet of four Beechcraft King Air C90GTi turboprops has been
delivered to the FAA, Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) announced
Tuesday. Bill Boisture, HBC Chairman and CEO, and John Allen,
FAA Director of Flight Standards Service, participated in the
delivery ceremony today at HBC headquarters in Wichita.

As a result of the ongoing delay in regulating carriage of 406
MHz emergency locator transmitters on Canadian-registered aircraft,
TCCA has issued a new exemption to extend the period of relief for
the installation of TSO C126 406 MHz ELTs in an aircraft.
County Commission Gives Preliminary Approval, Full Vote Next
Week
Cirrus Design has asked the St. Louis County Minnesota county
commission for forgiveness for repayment of a $27,770 tax rebate
owed the county on its Duluth manufacturing plant. Meeting as a
Committee of the Whole, the commission has given preliminary
approval to the plan.
