Lycoming Engines has named Lycoming Authorized Service Centers
the sole installers for its newest Echelon supplemental type
certificate (STC), which covers the Mooney M20E, M20F and M20J. The
announcement was made Monday.

Textron announced Monday that Fred Strader has been named
president and CEO of its Textron Systems segment, effective January
1, 2010. He succeeds Frank Tempesta who is retiring after 46 years
