Source: Jeremy Monnett, Sonex Aircraft CEO and General Manager, in a letter sent Thursday to Miguel Vasconcelos of the Production and Airworthiness Division of the FAA. Monnett's letter concerned the FAA's proposed changes to the so-called "51 Percent" rule, governing homebuilt aircraft. Monnett implored the FAA to enforce the rules already on the book
