Source: Cessna Chairman, President and CEO Jack J. Pelton, who confirmed to ANN late Monday night Cessna has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation to acquire selected assets and certain liabilities of the Bend, OR-based aircraft manufacturer.
