The EBAA is a loose congregation of aeronauts who have built, are
flying or own any sort of Experimental, Ultralight or Homebuilt
Lighter-Than-Air Craft.
The condition of supercharging a reciprocating engine in which a
two-speed, single stage internal supercharger is operating at its
high speed ratio. This ratio is normally about 10 times the speed
of the crankshaft.
