SUBJECT: Airworthiness Directive 2006-19-11
SUMMARY: We are adopting a new airworthiness directive
(AD) for the products listed above.
Runway Visual Range -- The range over which the pilot of an
aircraft on the center line of a runway can see the runway surface
markings or the lights delineating the runway or identifying its
center line.
"Five percent nationwide are affected by sinus and ear problems
daily. These groundings all have a commonality of being directly
related to our current flight schedules. Our health is being eroded
at an alarming rate."
