Fairing
An added streamlining structure or auxiliary member, most often
of light metal, whose only purpose is to reduce drag. Fairings are
not load-bearing and, therefore, are not meant to carry any
principal air loads placed on the airplane structure.

Symposium Hi-Def Channel
Established on behalf of the Society of Aviation and Flight
Educators (SAFE), high definition video of the seminars and
speeches given at the 2011 SAFE Pilot Training Reform
Symposium channel, have been archived, in full high-def, for the
inspection and education of the aviation comunity. Each of
these programs are the product of the Aero-News Network's
Aero-TV group, who were in attendance for the entire event and shot
over 20 hours of high-def video in order to document this pivotal
event.
"Over the course of this single weekend (and by no means
is this a complete list as the FAA site is notorious for errors and
downtime), there were still 3 TFRs posted for Sunday, 28 TFRs for
Saturday (not including those that have since been canceled and are
no longer posted), and 9 for Friday. It might have been easier to
issue one 'non' TFR, to tell us where we COULD fly..."
