Flight Plan
A planning document that covers the expected operational details
of a flight such as destination, route, fuel on board, etc. It is
filed with the appropriate FAA air traffic control facility. There
are both VFR and IFR flight plans. VFR plans are not mandatory.

Talon
The T-38 Talon is a twin-engine, high-altitude, supersonic jet
trainer used in a variety of roles because of its design, economy
of operations, ease of maintenance, high performance and
exceptional safety record.
