Yeah, yeah, we've been hyping this project to distraction... but
as soon as you find out what we're up to, you'll see why. Like a
number of other things that we have dragged out a bit more than we
prefer (and are finally completing... honest), we're about to
finally spill the beans on everything associated with our most
aggressive upgrade to the Aero-News Network family of services, in
other words, the fire-breathing monster we've been calling "ANN
10.0."
OAS is the Air Force Center of Expertise for AoAs-Analyses of
Alternatives, providing technical, analytical, and costing support
to the major commands and the Air Staff in planning, conducting,
and reviewing AoAs and related studies supporting acquisition
decisions.
Advanced Weather Interactive Processing System -- A
technologically-advanced information processing, display, and
telecommunications system that is the cornerstone of the National
Weather Service (NWS) modernization and restructuring, integrating
all meteorological and hydrological data, and all satellite and
radar data, for the first time, and enabling forecasters to prepare
and issue more accurate and timely forecasts and warnings.

Mark Miller confirmed Wednesday Albuquerque is one of the cities on
the short list for the site of a new plant to assemble the upcoming
PiperJet, and possibly its new company headquarters.
