the House Aviation Subcommittee. Bolen was one of four alphabet
group leaders to testify before the subcommittee. All warned that
attempts to tamper with the way the Aviation Trust is funded is
ill-advised. They also warned members of the committee that user
fees would defeat efforts to make aviation safer and more
reliable.
