official in remarks to the London Daily Telegraph on the RAF's
determination of cause in the downing of a C130 Hercules near
Baghdad last January. The insurgent group Ansar al-Islam claimed
responsibility for the shoot-down, which claimed the lives of ten
military people on board the aircraft. Tuesday's determination
brought to an end an investigation that lasted more than four
months.
