"The B-2 is airpower at its purest, most elegant and
deadliest form. (It is) an aircraft that cannot be denied access
with its range, payload and stealthiness. It has everything that is
required to hold at risk any of America's enemies anywhere,
anytime, and we can do it from here."

Wing commander, on the successful return to flight of the B-2
Spirit bomber last week. Air Force officials approved the so-called
"stealth" bombers for return to service April 15, following a
53-day safety standdown in the wake of a February 23 takeoff crash
in Guam.
