speaking recently to the 41st Space Congress about NASA's shining
success with the Mars rovers and its tragic failures leading to the
Challenger and Columbia disasters. Yeager, who served on the board
investigating the Challenger disaster 18 years ago, says he was
"sickened" by the lessons NASA didn't learn in the years before the
Columbia disintegration.
