A small downburst with outbursts of damaging winds extending 2.5
miles or less. In spite of its small horizontal scale, an intense
microburst could induce wind speeds as high as 150 knots.
It would appear that the ice on the moon is more extensive than
originally thought. Among the instruments making those
discoveries is the M3, or Moon Minerology Mapper, one of two
instruments that NASA is contributing to India's first mission to
the Moon, Chandrayaan-1.
