Names, SSNs, Medical Records Compromised For 45,000
As if there wasn't enough to worry about right now, comes word
hackers broke into the FAA's computer systems and accessed personal
information of tens of thousands of employees and retirees.
The Alaska Airmen's Association is the largest state general
aviation group in Alaska. It is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization
whose sole purpose is to promote and preserve aviation in
Alaska.
Equivalent airspeed (EAS) is the airspeed at sea level which
represents the same dynamic pressure as that flying at the true
airspeed (TAS) at altitude. It is useful for predicting aircraft
handling, aerodynamic loads, stalling etc.

professionalism, fairness, transparency and accountability. Our
goal is to help our industry create safer, more knowledgeable and
more confident pilots by providing instructors with resources,
products and services in concert with industry partners and the
FAA."
