Proclaiming it is one of the most comprehensive sites on the web

The Daisy Cutter (BLU-82) is a 15,000-pound special
purpose bomb, introduced in March of 1970 to carve out helicopter
landing zones in the jungles of Vietnam (known as Commando vault
airlift operations).

Archibald. Scott Pressley, the local representative for the
Birmingham branch of the National Air Traffic Controllers
Association, was recently suspended from duty for two weeks,
reportedly due to a series of procedures violations stemming from a
visit Archibald made to the Birmingham TRACON last year.
