The mission of the Strategic Air Command Veterans Association is
to honor and perpetuate the memory of the men and women of the
strongest, most professional military organization the world has
known: officers, enlisted, civilians, their industry partners, and
their families that stood guard over our nation for nearly a half
century during challenging times, victors in the Cold War who
ushered in an era of peace.

proven safety program has drawn recent criticism from the Federal
Aviation Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board,
and FSF... which has decried the airlines' abandonment of Aviation
Safety Action Program due to alleged political motivations, and
retaliatory action against pilots.
