Aero-Linx: ADS-B Surveillance
and Broadcast Services
The FAA's Surveillance and Broadcast Services program office was
formed in 2005. The program office will change the nation's air
traffic control system from one that relies on radar technology to
a system that uses precise location data from the global satellite
network.

signaled that they are focused on the future and ready to close a
contentious chapter in our airline’s history. This deal
will provide real improvements in our members’ lives and
allow us to concentrate on the important work of merging two great
companies.”

a contract, the AirTran pilot group’s first since
joining ALPA in 2009. Most elements of the new contract will take
effect on December 1.
