watchdog organization paints a frightening picture of the state of
FAMS. USA Today reports an investigation by ProPublica revealed
over three dozen air marshals have been charged with crimes --
including drunken driving, unauthorized use of firearms, sexual
misconduct with a minor and attempted smuggling of explosives.
Hundreds more have been accused of misconduct, according to the
