The plantiffs allege the Caravan involved in the accident had a structural defect that caused it to go down, as well as that the manufacturer failed to alert pilots to special procedures with the Caravan in icing conditions. Cessna maintains the pilot's failure to detect ice on the upper surface of the Caravan's wing was a primary factor in the acciden
