Source: Department of Homeland Security Inspector General report heavily criticizing the TSA's decision to sped $500,000 on a party giving out awards, bonuses and "lifetime achievement" recognitions to upper management, many without proper justification, and exceeding the average bonuses paid by other government agencies to their executives.
