A Foot In The Door -- 25 Years After We Proposed The Need For A Pilot's Bill Of Rights... We Have One

US Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK.), a member of the Senate General Aviation Caucus and certified flight instructor with more than 10,000 flight hours, today announced that his Pilot's Bill of Rights (S.1335) has been officially signed into law. Inhofe has worked to pass the legislation for the past year.  In the Senate where the bill enjoyed co-sponsorship by 65 other Senators, the measure passed by unanimous consent in June.  The House passed the measure by a voice vote.

Landmark Aviation Scottsdale Will Support The 1,200 Aircraft Fleet

Pilatus Business Aircraft Ltd has appointed Landmark Aviation in Scottsdale, AZ, to its roster of authorized service facilities for the PC-12 business turboprop. Landmark’s facility at Scottsdale Municipal Airport will serve as a satellite service center in the southwestern United States, under the Pilatus sales and service region managed by Tempus Aircraft Sales and Service.

The National Air Transportation Association's (NATA) FBO Success Seminar Series will head to Dallas, Texas, September 12-14, with an emphasis on improving the vital parts of an FBO operation. The seminar will be hosted by The Business Jet Center, and is the first time an FBO Success Seminar will be hosted by an FBO facility.
