Concorde Battery has received multiple approvals for a replacement battery for the AW139. The approvals include FAA STC SR03072NY, Transport Canada STC SH11-47 and Brazil ANAC STC 2012S04-04. EASA approval is currently pending.

While the troubled international economy continues to drive down anticipated demand for new orders especially in the low end of personally owned and operated jets. Ernie Edwards (President) of Embraer Executive Jets, said at a briefing for the media Wednesday at AirVenture that it continues to receive orders, especially in their larger jets, and the pre-owned jet market is improving.

EAA AirVenture 2012 will be the launch site for a multi-state demonstration tour for the Piper Seneca V, a twin-engine turbocharged aircraft currently on display at Wittman Regional Airport. From here, it will head out on a six-state tour of the Midwest and Far West United States involving Piper's aircraft dealer organization with stops at the Reno National Championship Air Races Air Races and Show and AOPA's Summit.
