Company Delivered 25 Commercial And 23 Executive Jets in
2Q11
Embraer says it delivered 25 commercial and 23 executive jets in
the second quarter of 2011, closing out the first six months of the
year with 45 commercial jet and 31 executive jet deliveries. On
June 30, 2011, the company reported its firm order backlog at $15.8
billion.
To what has to be the relief of the folks at NBAA, at least two
national news publications in the US appear to understand that
when President Barack Obama takes a political cheap shot at
companies operating business aircraft, he is being cynical at best,
and wildly hypocritical at worst.
