Ecureuil Aircraft To Be Used For Hands-On Training
Future generations of Chinese aviation technicians will benefit from hands-on training experience with an Ecureuil (AS350 family of helicopters) donated by Eurocopter China to the Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC). The aircraft is to be located at the CAFUC campus in Guanghan, Sichuan Province as part of the Eurocopter-supported training courses for students who seek qualification as helicopter technicians in pursuing aviation industry careers.

In cooperation with the Luxembourg based company MRX Systems, the BlueEYE system has been enrolled within JetSupport’s CAMO organization. The main goal of this project was to reduce the paperwork and improve efficiency in the cockpit and CAMO office.
Waited 24 Hours Before Beginning To Search For His Airplane Off The West African Coast
The family of a U.S. missionary pilot who went missing off the West African coast earlier this month says that authorities were slow to begin a search for Jerry Krause, but civil aviation officials for the island nation said that the coast guard was alerted about the missing Beech 1900C about two hours after contact was lost with the plane and began a search that night.
